Bids and Partnerships Manager
We’re looking for a Bids and Partnerships Manager to join the team and help us accelerate our growth in the UK health and related sectors, (as well as supporting internationally)

Together we have big ambitions. To help us achieve these we’re looking for a Bids and Partnerships Manager to join the team to accelerate our growth in the UK health and related sectors, (as well as supporting internationally).
You will lead on researching, developing and submitting high-quality tender responses, often within complex framework environments. This will form the majority of the role but, alongside this, there is also significant scope for strategic partnership and business development initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
Bid writing and management:
Respond to chronic disease prevention and management frameworks and related call-off contracts as well as standalone tenders at national, regional and local levels, with a focus on high-value health and local government opportunities.
Lead the end-to-end bid process, including opportunity identification, bid/no-bid documentation, pre-bid planning, drafting, refining, proofreading and submitting compelling proposals.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and key stakeholders to gather information and tailor responses to client needs and our skills and capabilities.
Ensure all bids are compliant with client specifications and procurement frameworks.
Grow a library of reusable bid content and templates, review and improve it to incorporate feedback and share best practices with colleagues.
Partnership and business development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on UK health, wellness and related sectors but also supporting on international activities as appropriate.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICS), Trusts, Health Boards and other healthcare organisations, as well as other sectors as appropriate.
Keep informed about industry trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, as well as driving broader outreach campaigns.
Work with colleagues to develop and improve marketing strategies and materials to improve prospective customers’ awareness of our services.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to bids and business development activities.
Ideally you'll have:
A proven track record as a Bid Writer within the UK public healthcare sector.
In-depth understanding of NHS procurement processes and healthcare commissioning.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
Proficiency in bid management tools, with Google suite also helpful.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, both working alone and as part of a team.
