Senior Marketing Manager
Since our inception in 2015 in Denmark, Liva has been a pioneer in the field of digital therapeutics. Our ambition is to prevent, manage, and treat chronic diseases through behaviour and lifestyle change, with a keen focus on cardiometabolic conditions.
Headquartered in Copenhagen and London, our collaborations with healthcare systems, including the NHS, as well as life science companies and health insurers, allow us to impact lives at scale.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team and help us to level-up our marketing activities in 2025 and beyond.
About the role
You will play a crucial role in initiating, monitoring, and reporting on marketing projects to drive awareness and develop leads for Liva Healthcare. You will be able to perform across the marketing spectrum, including brand development, brand expression, digital marketing, print, conferences, and commercial marketing. You will play a crucial role in leading, managing, and nurturing a global team of varied experience. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business: including but not limited to the Commercial, Service Delivery, Product, Developers, Research, and People teams.
Whilst the role is based in London, it is expected to contribute towards our global marketing efforts and provide input across all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
With the help of a small team, you’ll cover the full range of marketing activities including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Oversee content generation: support the Marketing Executive to create high-quality and engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website copy.
Brand development: play a key role in shaping the company's brand image and developing a cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels, including both the brand narrative but also the visual design of the brand.
Social media content: in collaboration with the wider marketing team, you will be developing and executing a social media strategy that engages with the company's target audiences, promotes brand awareness, and generates commercial leads..
Narrative and brand marketing development: crafting compelling narratives and brand strategies that resonate with the company's target audiences and help to build brand loyalty.
Event programme development: work with the commercial and service delivery teams in developing and executing event programmes and strategy that drive engagement and help to achieve tangible, measurable business goals.
Brand positioning: position the company's brand in a way that sets it apart from competitors and resonates with the target audience.
Activation: collaborating with the commercial team in the planning and executing marketing activations that drive engagement and help to achieve business goals.
Website design and management: oversee the design and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring that it is user-friendly and optimised for conversion.
Brand awareness: increase brand awareness through a range of marketing channels, including advertising, public relations, and social media.
Team management: manage a small team of marketeers and a designer to ensure they are able to do their best work
Willing to dig in and get stuff done: as a busy team in a startup, you must be willing to do hands-on work and tasks with no ego when needed. This may be helping draft copy, putting together an asset or template.
Product marketing: able to put together a vision on the product touchpoints, in particular how we talk about and aesthetically demonstrate the product in patient communications and the App Store
Ad-hoc support where needed: this may be helping edit a deck for a senior leader to present to investors, helping the People team execute a new employer brand platform, or helping Service Delivery build a stand at a conference!
You’ll have:
Familiarity with Webflow strongly preferred, or general CMS experience essential.

Make a difference
At Liva, we do not go to work just to work. We are a purpose-driven company, and we go to work every day to help people live better lives. Our purpose is in our DNA, and it is important that this is also a driver for you. -
Flexible work hours and locations
We value the health of our employees, and it all starts with a healthy work/life balance. We will put in the extra effort when needed, but we also know the importance of recharging your batteries and spending time on your priorities outside work. We are flexible when it comes to working from home, but we also expect that you will prioritise to come to the office and contribute to the company culture. -
Your colleagues
We are an ambitious bunch of people, and we work hard to achieve our goals - but we do not want colleagues with sharp elbows competing internally instead of working as a team. -
Personal growth
If you have the passion, skills, empathy, and enthusiasm to drive things forward, this is more important to us than formal education. We believe in personal growth and to give people the chance of growing into new areas of expertise if they have the drive and talent to do so.
